National Park Service's newest park. Brief stop if we're good on time to see the Visitor's Center and get a Passport cancellation.

Same hotel we had to cancel in 2020 due to COVID. Two nights here . . . the arrival night and the next night after a full day of touring Death Valley. Gas station on site there.

This is the world-famous location where fighter aircraft make extreme low passes. Crowds gather to watch when the jets are in action. Worth a quick stop to see if there's any activity. There isn't any schedule.
10:00 am - 164.6 Meilen / 3 Stunden 13 Minuten - 1:14 pm
This is the famous place for Turfa features. We'll spend a very short time to walk to the lake's short to see. Then, on to the Visitor's center.

Mono Basin Scenic Area Visitor Center
Quick Visitor Center stop to learn about Mono Lake and Turfas.
2:36 pm - 1.8 Meilen / 3 Minuten - 2:40 pm
Last Chance Gas Stop before heading up Tioga Pass and on to Yosemite. Has a deli if we wish to eat here. Other restaurants are available between the Visitor Center and herre.

Camping in the Yosemite Valley! Three nights, the night of our arrival, full day of sightseeing, 2nd night, another day of sightseeing, and then the final 3rd night before heading to Sequoia / Kings Canyon.
